That's pretty much the parachute but I think it drops a bit lower to the green patches on the tongue between the two gills. I followed a description (from memory) Baggins sent me. It seems very unlikely from above but it does link up. I'm not sure if it's faster than Hall's Fell missing the top bit by starting the parachute then traversing to the ridge at about the point where the path disappears in your shot.
