Just for info Stagger.
In June my cholesterol was 6.1 with bad ratio.
I went on to statin 20mg.
I've been veggie for 2 years but admittedly eat a lot of dairy.
Cut down on nuts.
Cholesterol this week is 3.9 with excellent ratio.
