just press on the rolling pin a bit harder and it will stretch it

Crumble is nicer anyway, especially if you throw some ground almonds into the mix.

1 deep filled apple pie (purely organic ) in th'oven!

Crumbles next! Had a shed load of cooking apples to use up - we'll be eating crumbles for weeks!

Daz - you mean a proper pie not pie crust and shortcrust as oppose to puff pastry??

it's getting the stock (sauce/gravy) the right flavour and consistency as oppose to just bunging a load of veg in

Hey I am close to Emmi in the fact that her and Mrs Stagger are almost the same running pace. (Yorkshireman half)
So they can share ideas and I will be the master taster.
