    I guess Kev in his skin colour undercrackers did not make the final cut. Is it on the directors commentary or extras

    Great day out - fab race - loved it!! 'Big Up' to NOYH for the bon bons and dates - got me up wetherlam a treat those J - cheers hun!!

    A smashing turn out - weather stayed reasonable although slightly dicey round Swirl How given there was very little to see bar the hand in front of your face!

    Lovely sarnies at the end too - thanks to all involved!

    What a fantastic race - classic route, good atmosphere and a nice pub at the end. Tasty tuna buttie too. Thanks to Ambleside AC and everyone else who helped out. Reckon I'll be back next year for the 25th.

    It was a bit misty wasn't it. I think that's the first time I've ever had my map & compass out of the bumbag on a fellrace. Weather not as bad as today though, my missus just ran the langdale half and it absolutely hammered it down.

    Did anyone measure saturdays race on a GPS?
    I have put the route into memory map and it comes out at roughly 10miles 5100ft of climb.

    The handbook says 13miles and 4000ft of climb. Have carried out a complete cockup in my plotting?

    11.2 miles on mine but not uploaded it for the ascent.

    Friend of mine also got 11.2 miles on his. Ascent on my altimeter was 1440m.
