Oh god,the embarrassment I was nearly last !! Fortunately my name is mis-spelt in the results so people will not know its me !!

By the way,my friend lent me his 1997 video of this race,won in record times,which still stand today,by Gavin Bland and Marie Todd. I know Gavin is still on the scene but what is Marie doing nowadays ??
I was so impressed by her strong running style when I watched the video and also being interviewed afterwards she was a lovely,delightful girl too.
I think she was running for Borrowdale ?

I spoke to Jackie Lee at the end of 3 Shires and I think she mentioned she was running in that European Mountain Race, possibly in Switzerland, the same weekend. So she is obviously still pretty decent.
