Must admit as much as I missed the summer, this is my favourite time of the year. Fingers crossed my poorly knee doesn't keep me from getting out and enjoying it for too long
Hope all is well and everyone is not tooooo upset about it being Moanday yet again

mine doesn't actually feel that bad since I ran on saturday, but by the end of saturday's run i could not walk on it!
