I've spent the last few days out in the Howgills and eastern fells of the Lakes wild camping and backpacking, so I needed to get back into this routine.

Press-ups (floor to lock to floor) to failure per set - 1 min recovery intervals between sets. Press-ups on repeat again...

Well done Mossdog - multiple sets of 11 chest to floor press-ups - those who don't do them will not understand how much harder they are than "ordinary" press-ups.

Today's effort: EMOM 6 chest to floor press-ups for 16 minutes, so a total of 96.

Thanks for the encouragement Mike. I'd contemplated re-doing 12 but have had a mixed history of success-failure with that many, and after a few days away and also back niggles previously, I thought 'discretion was the better part of valour'

    Today: EMOM - 1x pull-up & 1x chin-up per set.

23 sets completed until pull-up failure!
