17.51 miles, 4,883 feet, 6 hours 35 minutes: Ambleside to Sergeant Man and back, going over Loughrigg top, Swinescar Pike, and Blea Rigg both ways, and adding in Lang How and Silver How on the way back. Lots of sunshine, some high fluffy clouds, and even higher streaky clouds. A moderate breeze from the north. No rain. Terrain damp/wet/saturated and slippery in places. Not many people about, but then I did start quite early; no runners seen.
