I would imagine you'll like it, as if i recall you were quite a fan of posting photos/videos.... which is much more user-friendly on there.
I can state, and you can check if you join, that since it's creation there hasn't been any political posting of any sort. We just discuss fell running/racing/training first of all, then other forms of running, and finally all other outdoor pursuits.
And there are lots of lovely photos of fells
as the source of copious amounts....

I am on Discord, but hardly contribute and haven't for some time - same on here.
If you aren't running, it's not so easy to engage, and I've only ran twice in the last few months preferring 2-3 hour walks most days I get out, which is typically 5-6 times each week.
My couriers have all collected now, so I plan to head off in the next 15 minutes or so.
I understand folk don't like the politics, but there has never been any compulsion to even look, let alone read or contribute to any thread, but non-racing threads, and down the pub random talk, often allow folk unable to run to stay involved, so the Forum is busier.
Some of the most contentious issues we have aired on here aren't involving politics. I recall the Rule changes of over 10 years ago now.
It was very important to thrash it out as we did, as there aren't many other ways to do that.
And had we not had covid issues to talk about during lockdowns, we wouldn't have had any racing to talk about as it was suspended.
I tend to think the issue with regards to political discussion, was that folk were OK with it largeley, so long as it dovetailed in to their own view of the world.
Dialogue and discussion should always be encouraged. Robust exchange of ideas is healthy, whether it's about the best line from CP3-CP4 on Sedbergh Hills, or whether the changes to employers NI was pro growth and/or a breaking of a manifesto pledge.
