washer's been going all night and all morningit's the drying and stuffing away I can't stand!
No - no running- took all the gear! mind you did 'some' swimming instead (bit bloomin parky though!) and lots of trawling round!!

well I did that off road Mara on the back of no training really whatsoever - was just kinda bored an wondered how to spend the saturday!!
figured with all the running lately a 30miler should be a breeze - aham - ask me again this time next week!!

Hey! I always manage to run on my hols. It's one of the best bits. Get up early whilst missus and sprogs are snoring and go for a big one. Managed to see some fabulous bits of the West Wales coast path and lakeland fells that way, but best one had to be a rugged scrap up the volcanic hills above the hotel in Gran Canaria. Completely knacks yer shoes, that stuff!
Anything later is a washout, what with kiddies needing attention and Mr Stella needing even more
