Well a fairly bright cloud free-ish morning, twinkling stars and moonlit dog walk!
Not as cold as I thought but maybe as I was dressed for an artic expedition that may explain why?!!
Have blackpool lights been turned on already?? watching the news the lights are flashing away in the background as the reporter waffles on - it's giving me a headache!

no it's not too bad really - excellent morning for cycling - no wind, no rain and the sun may even shine!!
Have fun - Dave, Shirley and I are offf to meet Swoop for a trundle round Roddlesworth, Great Hill, winter Hill et al! Hoping not to have to dig out the winter leggings just yet!
Sounds good - think I will go for a club run tonight (on the road). Helwith bridge duathlon this weekend so fairly easy week this week in between working and decorating!
I quite fancied the duathlon - I have a new bike don't you know!!
