    55:47 for me in 2004. You try getting over those stiles when your legs are locked rigid with cramp .

    I have to add my tuppence worth here. Those 'downhill all the way' miles must the the longest ive ever done. They match up to the last section along the road in the Jura race.

    Pikey wasn't too far behind in 30:33. He was flying when he went past me. Just wish I could have hung on

    I eased off to chat for a couple of minutes as I remember!

    Wasn't sure how to pace it cos that was my first 3 Peaks. Will try harder next time, but I do enjoy a fast finish.

    Number 53 for me. I've been so excited that it's taken me 2 weeks to get re-registered and tell everyone.
    Brilliant service - entry posted on Tuesday, details back on Thursday - much faster than my emails that week.
    Are there any flat bits?
