Do I need to be training? or can I just hang on for dear life and wing it somehow.
Im upto running for about 5 hours non stop. If I walked the whole route for instance would I be okay.
Im also planning on having some 5-10 hour days in the lakes in the build up.

all the miles you have in your legs J and given the amount of BG supports you've been doing I'm sure you'll be more than fine??
Longest I've done is that 32 miler so am hoping an extra 18 won't be too much of a problem but this is a lot flatter than the last one done.
