The Master almost got us our first victory on Sunday.
Thankfully he didnt throw a shoe in temper!
Good effort Master sorry we couldn,t be there to see it but we were busy grazing?? on Halls Fell Ridge. One day we hope to find the easy path, mrs Crumbly doesn,t much fancy it in the dark.

Thats not psyching you out ,she,s just trying to goad you into it. don,t take the bait it,s a long way to go without the mindset and the training ,even with pork pies, besides she,s already known as Forest(gump) pony.

Do yourself a favour get the kids to hide your glasses.
I shouldnt worry too much, Fellmonster is goading me the other way with scare stories of how i'll get slower if i do BGR etc etc.....just as ive started to get quicker
how often does the ponies shoes need replacing
shodding a fell pony cannot be easy
Seems to depend on the breed Daz, the Northern Irish Ponies (with their distinctive white flanks) seem to go through them at a shocking rate....so much so that they have to smuggle them back to the stable without their Mares seeing them
