my cold has nearly gone today, banged out a lovely 10miles , very cold on the nads, freezing now

What a cracking morning. 51 miles around the lanes of the Ribble valley on the bike.Cold start at 7:30 but what views! A low flying balloon near Longridge fell, Parlick was crystal clear, mist filled valleys, superb. Off to work now for a few hours!

2 hours trot from crowden then a pint of jennings in the bulls head in tintwistle on the way home,good day
