Oh that's happened to me.
Question is, do you run faster to get to the loo quicker but then...erm... well shake things around a bit more than you would like, or do you go slower and walkI have had to pop in tescos loos a couple of times in an emergency

) given that its such a common problem running, especially up in the hills. At the weekends, when I tend to run in the mornings, my wife often gets exasperated that I don't go out early enough (so that I return earlier and have more time to do frigging chores). My explanation is that nature has to run its course prior to me going off running and I seem to be on a clock that needs me to be up an hour or so before any 'progress' is made
