2 hours on the moors from my house up to wimberry rocks and over to alphin and back home through the fields,pretty wild on the tops today,it's not often i put my cag on but i had to today

There is a man who lives on Coach Road who knows me as we know the couple who live opposite him and he tells us. There is also a lad on Hawthorns, just round the corner, who runs as well. Saw a few runners out on Hobson today.
Dom- You cheated!!!! I was thinking tonight when busy carpet cleaning (This is what Saturday evenings have come to now) that 30 odd miles is rather impressive and then wondered if you were doing the BG. Then you spoil it by telling us it was on a bike!!!!

I did a 45 miler today............. in my car. Piece of piss - with a bit of luck I'll be able to get my mileage up to 600 or 700 a week
