well I had a curry yesterday that result......

oh you mean running......errr to be honest not a great deal.

Dicky knee you see, so this probably isn't the best thing to be doing but hey.

Thou I did do that 32 er a month or so back.

If its owt like it just like a warm up jog for a few hours, well half a day anyway!

calf , also the run goes past meadowhall shopping ctr, i think this could be a problem for emm getting sidetracked
