Hope it's not an applemac compatibility issue - I can't buy shopping from Asda for this reason!

I'm on an Mac and the website works OK but it was just taking ages to go past the confirm stage at one point and then everything was OK. Are you using Safari? I always use Firefox for stuff like this.

Think you might have hit the nail on the head. I've been using Safari, and have only just switched to Firefox after speaking to Martin Stone on the phone. Will let you know how it goes.
