Page 46 of the summer issue of the Fellrunner gives the current eligibility requirements for the "British Relays" as:

"The relay is open to Clubs affiliated to UK Athletics or one of its constiuent area Associations".

In England this means a club is required to affiliate to England Athletics which for 2007 cost £50.

Just a thought, seeing as how we are all individual members of the FRA and therefore presumably elegible, can we not enter as team Fell Pony rather than as a club?? Failing that as Fleeter says a pound a piece isn't much and still cheaper than all the other clubs.

Thinking of becoming a member of the FRA. Is this good or bad? Did Mary Townley loop on mtb in June. Would certainly like to do it as a relay team.

    Hi Merrylegs
Well worth joining for the excellent magazine and race fixture handbook. I think you can also get 10% discount at Pete Bland Sports.
