Mornin Saints and everyone else stoopid enough to be up at this time!
Another 4 day week being the only redeeming factor today!
Hope everyone is well...last day of november tomorrow so make the most of it before it all goes krazee for crimbo!
well after just about 40 hours awake i went to bed and was late for work this morning
feel crap
insomnia is def back for sure

I can't keep my eyes open at the best of times and with what seems like 2 hours daylight at the mo its doing my head in!
But look on the positive side....all that extra training time you've got!
