finally passed out at about 3.00am then woke at about 6.30

anyway ive not been lazy ive been 57miles on my bike
bloody windy and wet but not to wet so that i couldnt enjoy it

loads of stops, 1st time ive been out since the tour de france debacle
good to get back out , just need to be arsed to clean my bike now , its filthy

feel guilty for being so lazy now - I got up late (shhh don't tell xrunner) went and bought some shoes (to be fair THAT was hard work) had lunch with my friend, wrote a shopping list but never actually went to the shops

...I bought some shoes too - well actually a pair of walking boots -managed to survive 15 minutes in the sales before I needed a pint .
