TBH I was a bit disapointed with my times as last week i managed to average 5:21 for 4. Today it was 5 and a slightly hillier & twistier circuit but only managed 5:35.
either a day off or may go on Turbo tomorrow -have a Duathlon on Sunday. Certainly wont run tomorrow though as it's a 22 miler in the woods on Saturday morning.
