A 4 mile leg loosener up and back the canal in Leeds this lunchtime. Chuffing boring to be honest.

45 minutes on the roads....bring on summer
4.5 off road, hilly, boggy to work. 1 mile home downhill, lift with workmate the first 3 miles. Knackered after 2-10 shift. Don't see me kids enough on this shift![]()
First proper run since my fall last Monday on the hill intervals. Ankle a little shakey on the rough stuff still.
Monday Night road race series 6.45 miles 1000ft in 45.03 near the Strines road.
If any one is interested they are great training.
A sloppy 30 minute trail run. 1st run in 2 weeks to ease me and my calf back into it. Going to build it up slowly and follow physio's core stabilty routine.
There's a lot of water in and on the ground - there will be floods soon.
