Nights have their advantages, trick is not to try and get up at 9AM cause it catches up with you.

Thats usually when i go to bed if i've been on nights

Usually get to bed at 6.30 and sometimes get up at 10:30 or earlier but it gets you the day after! Was up before the wife today and she went to bed at a sensible hour!

Once made the mistake of cycling to work, doing 10 hours until 4am and then setting off for a 200 mile bike ride. Had to cut it in half as the lack of sleep was making me ill.

I have an underactive thyroid, and everytime i go back to the docter's to get it checked, he says 'are you feeling tired?' I say 'Damm right i am, i work shifts, i have 2 small children and if that don't wear me out i like to cycle and run' He says 'you're ok then'

My mum's from lancashire and warned me about madmen like you If i had the energy, i'd do just the same.
