Just been to see my mum tonight, she's full of cold. Lost my dad 9 years ago and my mum's never been the same since. Its role reversal, they worry about you when you're young and when you grow up, its time to pay them back.

My Dad told my Mum they'd both go together, but life's never that kind. Off to bed now cos i'm up at 5 for work. Once again best wishes and i'll be thinking of you both at 8am

im counting on your daily reports to liven us up a bit

well... so far I have learnt how a radio studio works. DOH! And how a camera works. DOUBLE DOH. Think I know as much as the lecturers, having BUILT a radio studio single handedly, and having fixed a million of the little cameras we were using

Hope there gets to be something a bit more challenging later - but not too challenging
