    My training diary

    Hi all,

    Before the great forum crash of January 2007, I used to put my training in a thread of its own because it helped to motivate me and I actually got quite fit.

    I'm trying to get fit again, so I'm going to do it again. I know it's really self-indulgent and although anyone is free to have a look in here, it's more for my own benefit by shaming me into action!

    Anyway, 4 mile run today on road and trail (29:27)

    Mile 1 - 7:32
    Mile 2 - 7:46
    Mile 3 - 7:49 (steep uphill)
    Mile 4 - 6:21 (mainly downhill)

    It's a start!
