Enjoy the dunes too. I once had a good session in the sand dunes of Northumberland...Bamburgh Castle way...but that was way before I took up running and the sort of story to be told only after many many many more alcholic drinks than I've had tonight! ;)

mine doesn't actually feel that bad since I ran on saturday, but by the end of saturday's run i could not walk on it! :mad: every time I do anything, like walking to work this morning, it comes back again grrrrr.
