I'm bowing out now ...it's not that I'm being sensible...just completely scarred of the race tomorrow as it's 3 weeks since I raced, have had just one decent training run in last 2 weeks, and weather conditions look...ermm..."interesting" for a stroll around the howgills tomorrow!

yep - it felt a bit twingey after the half but then I didn't really run much all week. went out running yesterday and it just got more and more painful
trip to the fizio this week me thinksknew i shouldn't have bothered with that road running malarky!

Must be months since I posted on on the 'down the pub' section. I've been a stranger to the forum most of this year. I can talk running again without getting the rope out now i'm back racing again myself!
No drinking for me tonight. Had a couple with my vindaloo that didnt' sit too well this morning!

well its monday, its chucking it down and its offically dark in the mornings
on the plus side in 3 months it'll be christmas eve
and in less than 3 months days will start getting longer again.
