    Re: Asthma

I stopped taking those horrid little mind altering toffees that the nurse gave me. The dodgy not myself feeling has gone away and the nightmares have stopped. Just sweet dreams now.

Going off the side effects Detritrious has listed I would "rather not", "just say no" and all that. I'll stick to the mushrooms, thanks totally organic and a natural high .

I have just got back from 2 days walking in the lakes and although it was very slow paced due to my mates cracking out the stove and having a brew every half hour. Never needed my reliever, and we did some fairly steep climbs. So thats one plus,

I have also just done a flat forty five minutes and felt fine. My peak flow before I started was about 490, and when I had finished it was 450. Still quite low but. Hey its not the drops I have been experiencing, and I never felt in any danger.

Hopefully I have turned the corner now, Im hoping its not the effects of the Montelukast still in my system. Its been 5 days and I only took 4 days worth.

So Im hoping Im gonna be able to have a good two weeks training and then perhaps jog round the anniversary waltz somewhere near the back.

    Cheers
    Jamie
