Aye, I am philosophical about it, however.... I am interested as it was the first event I have entered despite bog trotting for many a year. I am philosophical about it too. Not too bothered about the time itself, but chuffed that we were faster than our recce run which was in better conditions. A bit peeved as I will have to buy a new hat. Mine got donated to someone in Barnsley by a strong gust up Mickleden.
