I believe that Bingley, P&B and Mercia were all DQ'd for failing to visit CP1 on Leg 4.

Maybe they thought the FRA had set a precedent at Tebay

Well organised and thanks to CFR for putting it on - but no thanks for the weather and NAV leg that you constructed!
