So you don't have the courage of your convictions to put your own simplistic good/evil or black/white definition to homosexuality.

Either you can't and that blows your whole simplistic argument out of the water or you haven't got the guts and, by your own definition, that makes you a morally corrupt wimp for not having the courage of your convictions.

I think, as the Americans would say, " and that's the ball game."

I think that's harsh on CL - you are trying to draw him in to a debate where he's had his wrists slapped in the past.
He had the guts before and you all then lambast him.
It also shows an intolerance of anyone that doesn't take the accepted line.
