Hi all
I'm new to fell running. Have pondered the idea for a few years but not been brave enough to take the plunge. I was quite fit until a virus in November 2009 which basically wiped me out until now.
I would like something reasonablly challenging to work towards in a years time. Can anyone make some suggestions please? Also, I am considering the 3 peaks race in Yorkshire. Can someone let me have their knowledge and expertise on how best to train for this? All help is very much appreciated as I live in Northants and dont really have any fells close by.
