Good race, far too fast and furious..always worrying when you see runners in racing flats at a fell race..went off too fast struggled and only found one hill to justify a walk..

Not sure I could do 9 of them a year but will no doubt get a few more done. Good run Ian, I felt tired and had done nothing like that sort of mileage.

26:43 and 15th for me. Sarah got another win, so she's happy.

I don't think it gets easier but a little knowledge about where to push does make the difference. I was 45 seconds behind you, Never thought I'd get that close to you in a race. Well done Sarah she wasn't that far behind.

Mine was missed off, but there was a runner with a similar number, so he got added twice.
A digit of mine was possibly wrote down as a '6', & not a '9'
