Nice to meet you too, finishing a paltry amount over 3hrs is known in Horsforth Harriers patois as "doing a Raby" after one erstwhile club mate who completed London in 3hrs 6seconds! At least your certificate will say 3hrs though

For the record, I race it too as do most fell runners I know (although not all). Although for me the challenge is the time more than the position. There's no need to split hairs, it is what it is. We all get out of it what we want.

On a map it looks straightforward but the ground is saturated at the top whereas the cowpers cross route is a decent fast path. Although clearly not fast enough!
