'fraid I'll be missing this year's race ~ doing the Ben instead. I'll be there in 2009 though.

For the unaware, remember to save some (a lot) of energy for the last climb out of Grisedale beck ~ I've seen grown men cry on this one !

Yes £4 I think, good selection of grub after too. Last climb is a tester after mashing your quads coming off St Sunday! Wonder if the mist will be down AGAIN this year
