Good price that, I got mine from Ilkeys (SP), but DON'T buy one from Gear Zone, as you'll never get it and you'll have to wait months for your money back!

I bought my 2008 Myo XP from Simply Scuba through eBay for about £42, delivery was very quick and no problems.

The cake recipe is on my external hard-drive at home, will send it tonight.
As for 20th September - Reade boy has binned his PB on the 6th (niggling injuries and uncertainties about which leg(s) to do in the dark now that nights are getting longer) so hopefully I can transfer that passout to the 20th.

    Ian.
    Thanks Ian

Hows that DIY headtorch coming on

I think Petzl are trying to become the Apple of the outdoors world, incremental upgrades each year

But the flip side is fell running in the dark is brilliant, so I can't wait.
I did my Grasmoor circuit after work last week and the light was going coming off the last top so thought I'd need the headtorch yesterday but discovered the training route option on my Garmin 205 so I had a little stick man to run against.
I beat him by 1.3 miles (22minutes faster!) so I may have put carrying the headtorch off for a couple of weeks

I have been on a few night runs over the summer mind both times over Snowdon

You said it . This has been discussed to death already - use the search facility. Or PM Hopey, he's got most of them .

You're skillful. Maybe you should apply for a job as a mod.

Took the dog for a walk and my Myo XP has packed up
You have to waddle the lead to get it to come back on.
    Anyone else had this problem
    Can they be repaired.

Amex you work underground in pipes FFS. You should be the torch expert
