Morning all!

I what a chilly day it is. I am hoping to get out for a long road run later this morning just doing a few household chores whilst everyone is out.

Oh dear Emmi colds and flu seems to be doing the rounds at the minute.

Didn't think I'd be too bad this year as have lots of new inhalers and regularly see the docs about my asthma but yep - contracted a ruddy chest infection again. Always the same - was just getting going again and now haven't run since last thursday.
