I am fine its been a long week at work. No racing this weekend just looking to see what is on for the rest of the month. Just entered the Helsby Half in January. Long XC/Trail run planned for early tomorrow. Just noticed the Lake Vrynwy is back for 2009.

How about the rest of you anything planned for the weekend?

Harrymoon was off to Budapest a week last Tuesday then coming back before heading off to Barcelona for a few weeks. Then its the biggie he is travelling around the world for a few months to the likes of Japan, New Zealand and many other destinations. I have told him to keep us posted with some piccies.
