I assume we're ALL meeting up somewhere in advance of the race start (at the start/finish?) before jaunting out to changeover points?

Join the club George - I havent got much clue about the relays, how to run them and all the jargon. Ive never even met the woman im running with, where the race is, how im getting there.

All i know is im running for preston harriers, with a lady called Karen Nash and its 12.5 miles - Oh and Emmi is passing on what ever we pass to me, and them im passing what ever it is onto PACMAN.

Oh, you're running with the Nashster! Even when I was running at my best last year, Al, I struggled to keep up with Karen. You're toast! And leg 2 is dead flat. What's your half marathon speed like?

And after 6 months of eating cakes, I've started training!Feck it was hard. 12 miles in 4.5 hours. Go Pudge, go! And watch out that roadrunner fella
