    Steady recovery 5. Not bad after 2 large bacon and tomato sarnies, large mug of tea and a Jaffa cake bar tbh if I can get to 50 I'll be amazed and delighted

    Week 3 Day 2
    20/25/15/15/Max (30)

    Shoulder that I wrenched on Thursday night was a bit sore from the fourth set onwards, and also this immediately followed a hard Bis and Tris session. So all in all, not too bad.

    The Sit Ups challenge was another story. Followed their guide to good form (i.e. holding the crunch at the top for 1-2secs). This turned out to be a very bad idea - only managed 28!!

    Oh well, from tiny acorn...

    Stomach muscles (I use the phrase in the loosest possible way) have settled down so tomorrow will be week 1, day 1
