Shoulder that I wrenched on Thursday night was a bit sore from the fourth set onwards, and also this immediately followed a hard Bis and Tris session. So all in all, not too bad.

The Sit Ups challenge was another story. Followed their guide to good form (i.e. holding the crunch at the top for 1-2secs). This turned out to be a very bad idea - only managed 28!!

Oh well, from tiny acorn...
