    Just done 21...

    Bugger, I was hoping to fail miserably so I could repeat week 2 but guess there's no excuse not to go onto week 3 next week

    Maybe, but not at the end of this week. Very very tough session (see below). Reckon I could probably push the 100 at the end of this week, but want to do it in style, and so want to finish week 6 properly. This'll probably mean repeating it next week.

    Week 6 Day 1 Col 3

    45/55/35/30/Max55 - 220 total 60 secs rest

    Tough. Very tough.
    3rd set 23/3/3/3b3b3 (/ = rest at top of press up; b = break out of press up position, sit on calves c5secs)
    4th set 24/2/2/1.75 (just collapsed at the top of the last one)
    Had to take 2min rest before
    Max set 25b10b10b10
    Ooooooww!
