    ta mate,

    was looking forward as much as anything to a few in the newfield after and meeting a few people (down here in London, you can feel a bit out of the scene ...)

    am tempted to go up anyway, but wouldn't enjoy my beer properly if I hadn't run and earned it ...

    heh, I'd be glad to feller - I'd have to try hard to keep off the ale all afternoon while you lot are trotting round

    s'pose I could limp up caw with some goodies and cheer people in...

    Yes, its was cracking last year and that final climb almost finished me off, even though its not steep it was psychologically horrendous!

    Forecast (Guesscast?) is currently for wall to wall sunshine and 18c Too hot!!

    Hoping to get over for this and renew acquaintances with the bog at the start of teh climb up Caw!

    what for next week??? On NO can't do racing in the heat...just end up a puffing panting mess!!
