    ah before six you say? well I was in the beer garden then for a bit too, but in a black race vest....

    Yes, it was indeed an excellent day out. I really loved this on satuurday as was running round with a friend so there was absolutely no pressure and just kept cracking the whip She did BRILLIANTLY well as her first AL and although moaned a lot did indeed get round!!!

    Oh, and I DID take a camera and got some stunning shots and yes, Joss was indeed there..... the highlight of my day has to be this

    Oh Dear oh dear oh dear that's all i can say, i have no words of wisdom to explain what went wrong so i will leave it there.
    Was so good to meet Man from, Witton Park oh so many and made a new mate in Sophie, who has now joined the forum, so big well done to her!!
    a special well done to Mrs Amex who completed the short sprained ankle cut knee and was buzzing after it she just loved it.
    many many thanks to all who sorted the event. and a special thanks to The master who took great delight in abusing me straight away, thank god it brought me back down to earth, now wheres the next set of rocks that i can hide behind
