Indeed, cracking evening in a glorious area.
As the evening was so cracking and I also am not restrained by significant others, I stayed out for about 3hours and 20 minues and rode 99.8 kms!
Hung onto the chaingang for longer than expected, at an average pace of 44 km/hrI even took a few turns at the front! Then once dropped proceeded with my circuit of the Welsh Nationals I am racing on the 19th... went round once, then felt good and it was relativley early, i.e. no risk of running out of light... so went round again. To imporve my climbing I went up every hill full pelt in one gear bigger than I would normally use...
Completely knackered now... but loved it, a lovely evening!

I have a sports massage on 8 July, near said golf course, so I will attempt Death by Golfcourse before my massage
