    Thankfully he was equally amused.....he even managed a few hand gestures as I cheekily told him to "hurry up c*nthead".......I felt bad for all of 10 seconds, just couln't be arsed......

    Twas a perfect pace.....but....i must admit....my legs are aching like they havent ached in a LONG time!
    But i havent run so far with that much climb since mine and merrys coniston trip so that may be why.
