Courgette curry last night. Two green ones sliced, and one yellow one cut into 'fingers'. Lots of ginger, fenugreek, fresh coriander and cardamoms - Lovely! Ideal post-race food for Mrs Noel after her Eccles Pike exploits.
I'm having the left-overs today at work. I doubt I'll be popular with my work colleagues.
