Yes, I noticed that too and I feel quite happy just reading posts and commenting now and again.

I'm also tired after a gruelling session at harriers. First one since I came back and I can see the big difference in my fitness plus the fell runners all had a great training month in the snow so are super fit. Still...I am prepared to work hard to get it all back and more.

It is no good peaking this time of year.

You'll soon be catching the lads I'm sure.

Wow...did you see those mountains and the northern lights. I saw them once in Canada...makes me want to head up far north and run up a mountain...well, maybe tomorrow.

I've seen them as far south as here many years ago, but the best was in Norway once. Absolutely magical.

yeah, you're right, they'll burn out just as I'm peaking (you know what they say about men and women) either that or I'll tie their shoelaces together!
